Xoxo Charcuterie operates on a "By-Appointment" basis, which means you will not waste unnecessary labor $$$ and time in order to man your shop. Our concept allows franchisees to make their own schedules with unparalleled flexibility. Whenever you want to take time off, whether it be a day, a week, or a month, our highly efficient, by-appointment business model makes it easy and possible. With that said, true success in this business will always be predicated on the owner/operator's work ethic, passion and dedication. This is the reason we will not be accepting offers from absentee owners. We are looking for passionate and dedicated owner/operators only.
Your success is our success. In order ensure that you get off to a great start we will apply the sum total of your royalties for the first 120 days (4 months) towards a targeted marketing campaign in your territory in order to promote your new business.

Masha was raised in Santa Monica, California, she studied literature and business at UCLA graduating with honors. Throughout her life her two greatest areas of interest have always been food and fine art. Shortly after graduation from UCLA she met her now husband of 15 years Todd, an experienced franchise developer, who introduced her to entrepreneurship. Todd has had an impressive career spanning decades in business development and franchising, he is a founder of multiple concepts including the publicly traded The Joint Chiropractic. The couple lives in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona with their two toddler aged children and two senior aged dogs.
